Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has shot down President Donald Trump’s request for $500 billion in uncommon earth minerals in change for continued army support.

Counter to what Zelenskyy has now said, Trump stated that Ukraine had “primarily agreed” to the deal.
“We’re going to have all this cash in there, and I say: ‘I need it again.’ And I informed them that I need the equal, like $500 billion price of uncommon earth,” Trump stated within the interview. “And so they have primarily agreed to try this, so a minimum of we don’t really feel silly.”
