    In his cartoon headlined “Conservatism, Trumpism and the F-word” (Jan. 15, Opinion) — the F-word being “fascism” — cartoonist David Horsey lists conventional conservative values as restricted authorities, separation of powers, rule of legislation and free speech.

    He’s proper. Conventional conservatives do imagine in these issues. However so do conventional liberals.
