    WASHINGTON: The Afghan suspect within the shooting of two National Guard members in Washington might have been radicalised after coming into the US, Homeland Safety Secretary Kristi Noem stated when questioned about his motive on Sunday (Nov 30) speak reveals.

    Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, faces a first-degree homicide cost within the November 26 capturing that left a 20-year-old guardsman lifeless and one other critically wounded.
