KYIV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated Tuesday (Jul 21) that he was dismissing Oleksandr Syrsky, commander-in-chief of Ukraine’s military, amid an ongoing political disaster triggered by the elimination of a well-liked defence minister.
