    LONDON: UK premier Keir Starmer mentioned on Saturday (Mar 15) Russian President Vladimir Putin would “eventually” should “come to the desk” as he opened a digital summit to drum up help for a coalition keen to guard any eventual ceasefire in Ukraine.
