    MEXICO CITY: The European Union and Mexico will on Friday (Could 22) signal a deal lowering tariffs on one another’s items as each search to minimize their dependence on commerce with the US.

    The growth of an accord relationship to 2000 comes as Mexico fights laborious to protect a three-way free commerce settlement with the US and Canada, which is essential to all three economies.
