    Israel Blocks Gazans From North, Accusing Hamas of Cease-Fire Breach

    Israeli troops have been stopping Palestinians from returning to their houses within the north of the Gaza Strip on Sunday as Israel and Hamas accused one another of violating the phrases of the cease-fire settlement that went into impact every week in the past.
