    ABU DHABI: Iran needs to succeed in a “peaceable” nuclear settlement with the US to resolve a decades-long dispute, however is not going to compromise its nationwide safety, the deputy international minister, Saeed Khatibzadeh, mentioned on Tuesday (Nov 11).

    America, its European allies and Israel accuse Tehran of utilizing its nuclear programme as a veil for efforts to attempt to develop the aptitude to supply weapons. Iran says its nuclear programme is for peaceable functions solely.

    The 2 nations held 5 rounds of nuclear talks previous to a 12-day war between Iran and Israel in June, which Washington joined by placing key Iranian nuclear sites.
