    The ASP has 30 days from receiving the report back to make its preliminary evaluation of the alleged sexual misconduct. Khan will then have 30 days to reply, and the bureau could have one other 30 days to make its choice.

    Khan declined to touch upon the report, the outlet stated.

    The allegations of sexual misconduct got here as Khan’s workplace was pursuing an investigation into alleged battle crimes and genocide by Israeli officials and forces in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territory.

    Khan sought arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his then-defence minister, Yoav Gallant, over “felony duty” for alleged battle crimes and crimes towards humanity in Gaza.

    He additionally sought arrest warrants for Russian President Vladimir Putin and different Russian officers over the alleged illegal deportation of Ukrainian kids throughout Moscow’s ongoing battle on Ukraine.
