    ‘Good Progress’ in U.S.-Iran Talks, Iranian Official Says

    Oblique talks between American and Iranian officers in Geneva on Tuesday ended with the 2 sides agreeing to “a set of guiding rules,” in line with the Iranian overseas minister.

    “So I’ll be concerned in these talks not directly. They usually’ll be crucial. We’ll see what can occur. It’s been sometimes — Iran’s a really robust negotiator. “We’ve been advised {that a} deal is subsequent to unimaginable.” “No, no. I believe they need to make a deal. I don’t assume they need the results of not making a deal. They need to make a deal.”
