    Congress appears to have fully forgotten how the governmental chain of command works: The legislative department doesn’t immediately report back to the president. That is explicitly said within the Structure, the separation of powers between the three branches of presidency.

    Congress spent a substantial amount of effort falling throughout itself to satisfy a totally arbitrary drop-dead date to move a spending invoice demanded by the president. Members ought to have ignored this date and brought the time and care to move a spending invoice that utilized to their constituents. They need to not have slammed in a spending invoice at breakneck velocity that has a detrimental impact on a big portion of the inhabitants.
