    Marco Rubio Says U.S. Is Probing Lethal Cuban Taking pictures

    Cuban officers stated border troops engaged in gunfire with a Florida-based speedboat on Wednesday, leaving 4 lifeless on the boat and 6 wounded. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated the U.S. is working to confirm what occurred and can reply accordingly.
