    CARACAS: President Nicolas Maduro on Thursday (Jan 1) dodged a query about an alleged US assault on a dock in Venezuela however stated he was open to cooperation with Washington after weeks of American army strain.

    “Wherever they need and at any time when they need,” Maduro stated of the concept of dialogue with america on drug trafficking, oil and migration in an interview on state TV.

    Maduro’s authorities has neither confirmed nor denied what President Donald Trump introduced on Monday: a US assault on a docking facility that served Venezuelan drug trafficking boats.
