    Israel and Hamas have reached a Gaza ceasefire settlement to launch remaining captives in trade for Palestinian prisoners, marking a major step in the direction of ending Israel’s genocidal conflict that has brought on tens of 1000’s of deaths and created a devastating humanitarian disaster within the besieged enclave.

    The deal, following United States President Donald Trump’s 20-point Gaza peace plan introduced final month, can be signed on Thursday in Egypt.
