    WASHINGTON: The US Supreme Courtroom on Monday (Jul 14) allowed President Donald Trump’s administration to proceed with its plan to dismantle the Division of Training, a part of his push to shift energy over schooling again to the states.

    BACKGROUND TO THE CASE

    A coalition of 21 Democratic attorneys basic, college districts, and unions filed authorized challenges to Trump’s efforts, warning that the dismantling would impair the division’s capability to meet its core duties.
