    Congress appears to have fully forgotten how the governmental chain of command works: The legislative department doesn’t immediately report back to the president. That is explicitly said within the Structure, the separation of powers between the three branches of presidency.

Members ought to have ignored this date and brought the time and care to move a spending invoice that utilized to their constituents. They need to not have slammed in a spending invoice at breakneck velocity that has a detrimental impact on a big portion of the inhabitants.
