    Authority on deployment of the Nationwide Guard in California by the president was given approval late Thursday by a panel within the ninth U.S. Circuit Court docket of Appeals.

    A panel of three justices dominated unanimously to indefinitely block a June 12 U.S. District Court docket ruling that will have transferred management of the Nationwide Guard instantly again to California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom.

    The Trump administration is utilizing Nationwide Guard members to protect federal buildings, and employees, in downtown Los Angeles.
