    2 hundred sixty miners trapped in a South African gold mine have been rescued after 24 hours.

    Not less than 260 miners have been delivered to the floor in South Africa after being caught underground at a gold mine for twenty-four hours.

    Africa is on the centre of a rising demand for minerals and valuable metals.

    Lithium is important to the transition away from fossil fuels, used for batteries in electrical autos and different clear power applied sciences.

    However within the Democratic Republic of the Congo, rights teams proceed to denounce the damaging working situations of youngsters in artisanal mines, notably for cobalt.
