    North Korean chief Kim Jong Un has promised to construct extra warships and deploy them to the Pacific Ocean, as he officiated on the relaunching of a destroyer that partially sank throughout its inauguration final month, state media experiences.

    The Korean Central Information Company (KCNA) reported on Friday that Kim presided over the ceremony for the 5,000-tonne destroyer on the Rajin shipyard within the nation’s far north.
