British actress Pik-Sen Lim died on Jun 9 on the age of 80. Born in Penang, Malaysia, in 1944, Lim moved to the UK within the 60s to review on the London Faculty of Dramatic Artwork.
Following appearances within the cleaning soap opera Emergency Ward 10 and science fiction sequence Physician Who, Lim gained world recognition after starring within the hit British sitcom Thoughts Your Language, which centred round a well-meaning trainer Jeremy Brown (performed by the late Barry Evans) who tries his finest to show English to his class of worldwide college students, usually to exasperating outcomes.
Thoughts Your Language ran from 1977 to 1979 and was briefly revived in 1985.
