    US President Donald Trump has repeatedly criticised NATO, casting doubt on the alliance’s position in a shifting world order.

    NATO has suffered main setbacks lately, from its incapability to stop Russia’s invasion of Ukraine to the tip of a 20-year struggle in Afghanistan that noticed the Taliban return to energy.
