    This report highlights a typical observe in addressing social issues, that of making use of the hardhearted strategy of criminalization. I’ve heard many instances that we should be more durable on “them” — on this case, the “them” being the unhoused. There are politicians and lots of within the public who suppose that criminalizing the unhoused will magically get rid of homelessness. We simply should be harsher in how we deal with them and cease enabling them by giving them free stuff.
