Re: “Seattle council considers 8-foot-tall digital billboards in downtown” (Could 9, Native Information)

Flashing billboards are a distraction to drivers and ugly. For my part, Seattle shouldn’t appear to be Las Vegas.

If the aim is to impress guests, e.g. in the course of the World Cup 2026, I feel the cash for the billboards could possibly be higher spent by cleansing up the graffiti that mars virtually each freeway and plenty of buildings, particularly by downtown, the place a lot of the guests will probably be staying.
