    WASHINGTON: US First Woman Melania Trump on Thursday (Apr 9) made a shock assertion denying unspecified allegations about her and Jeffrey Epstein, a scandal that her husband US President Donald Trump has lengthy downplayed.

    The 55-year-old former mannequin’s on-camera remarks on the White Home got here out of the blue, with no clarification for why she would deliver up the late intercourse offender Epstein now.

    “The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein want to finish immediately,” she stated. “The people mendacity about me are devoid of moral requirements, humility and respect.”

    The Slovenian-born first girl gave a categorical denial of any ties to Epstein, with whom her and her husband had beforehand been photographed on the New York social scene.
