    Belarus leader Lukashenko visits North Korea for first time

    In a letter to Lukashenko earlier this month, Kim mentioned he was “prepared to develop and develop the normal relations of friendship and cooperation … to a brand new, larger stage according to the calls for of the brand new period”, the North’s official Korean Central Information Company (KCNA) reported.
