TEHRAN: Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian stated on Saturday (Mar 7) that his nation would by no means give up to Israel and america, as Center East struggle entered its second week.

Iran’s enemies “should take their want for the unconditional give up of the Iranian folks to their graves”, Pezeshkian stated, in a speech broadcast on state TV.

Israel and america launched strikes towards Iran on Feb 28 killing the Islamic Republic’s supreme chief Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and triggering a regional battle.

Iran has since responded with missile and drone strikes on Israel and US pursuits in regional nations, primarily within the Gulf.

Pezeshkian is amongst three members of an interim management council that has been in command of Iran since Khamenei’s killing.

Through the speech, Pezeshkian apologised to neighbouring nations for Iran’s assaults throughout the area, saying that they’d not be focused until assaults originated from them.

“I have to apologise by myself behalf and on behalf of Iran to the neighbouring nations that have been attacked by Iran,” he stated.

“The interim management council agreed yesterday that no extra assaults will likely be made on neighbouring nations and no missiles will likely be fired until an assault on Iran originates from these nations.”
