    NUUK, Denmark: Energy returned to Greenland’s capital on Sunday (Jan 25) after a sweeping outage in a single day brought on by a transmission failure as a consequence of robust winds, the state utility firm Nukissiorfiit stated.

    Nuuk, dwelling to round 20,000 individuals and largely powered by a hydroelectric plant, was left with out electrical energy at round 10.30pm (Sunday, 8.30am, Singapore time) on Saturday, AFP reporters noticed.

    “The complete metropolis now has electrical energy, water, and heating once more,” Nukissiorfiit stated on Fb early on Sunday.

    Trump backed down after assembly NATO Secretary-Basic Mark Rutte on Wednesday, saying that they had reached a “framework” deal on the Danish autonomous territory.
