BEIJING: China urged the Netherlands on Wednesday (Dec 31) to right away right its “errors” and take away obstacles to making sure the soundness of the worldwide chip manufacturing and provide chain.

Whereas Wingtech has since began talks with court-appointed custodians of Nexperia over management of the Netherlands-based chipmaker, Financial Affairs Minister Vincent Karremans has defended his resolution to intervene.
In a latest interview with De Telegraaf, Karremans once more defended his transfer towards Nexperia.

In response to Karremans’ remark, the Chinese language commerce ministry described the Dutch place as “perplexing”.
