    Israel extends law that banned Al Jazeera for two more years | Media News

    The Israeli parliament has accredited an extension of a regulation which permits the shutdown of overseas media retailers over nationwide safety grounds for an extra two years.

    The invoice, which replaces non permanent laws handed final April, consists of a number of amendments aimed toward eliminating judicial oversight. It might now be utilized even when Israel just isn’t below a state of emergency.
