    Whereas speaking about peace, Russia continues to bomb Ukraine. We must always heed the recommendation {that a} Chinese language official gave the previous U.S. secretary of protection throughout a 1976 assembly about coping with Russia, citing a Russian proverb: “When dancing with a bear, maintain an ax helpful.”
