    Pritzker signed Home Invoice 460 into legislation in August. It grants unlawful aliens eligibility for grants, scholarships, stipends, and different state-funded scholar help.

    “For those who stay in Illinois and are pursuing greater training, it’s best to have entry to the identical alternatives as your friends,” Illinois state Sen. Celina Villaneuva (D-Chicago) acknowledged.
