    ICC prosecutors charge Duterte with 3 counts of crimes against humanity

    THE HAGUE: Worldwide Legal Courtroom prosecutors have charged former Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte with three counts of crimes towards humanity, alleging his involvement in no less than 76 murders as a part of his “struggle on medication”.

    A closely redacted cost sheet dated Jul 4 however solely made public on Monday (Sep 22) lays out the accusations towards the 80-year-old former chief, at present sitting in ICC detention in The Hague.
