President Donald Trump is designating Antifa a “main terrorist organization,” he introduced in a social media publish Wednesday night.
The Center Square requested the president Monday afternoon if he could be designating the left-wing group a domestic terror group following a spate of political violence in opposition to conservatives and Republicans, together with the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
“I’m happy to tell our many U.S.A. Patriots that I’m designating ANTIFA, A SICK, DANGEROUS, RADICAL LEFT DISASTER, AS A MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. I can even be strongly recommending that these funding ANTIFA be completely investigated in accordance with the best authorized requirements and practices,” the president posted.
On Monday, the president advised The Middle Sq. that he “100%” supported designating the group a home terror group.
