    Re: “The WA warnings on health care are a view back to the bad ol’ days” (June 25, Native Information):

    If Jeff Bezos can spend an estimated greater than $50 million on his Venice wedding ceremony, he can enhance the salaries of his lowest paid staff so that they don’t want Medicaid. 

    It’s repugnant that Amazon, although it made $59.2 billion in income in 2024, has the biggest variety of Medicaid enrollees of any employer in Washington state. Company fats cats are welfare’s largest freeloaders.
