    Ministers reaffirm commitment to five-country defence pact

    SINGAPORE: Ministers from 5 international locations have reaffirmed their nations’ dedication to a defence settlement that has been in place for greater than 50 years.

    The 5 Energy Defence Preparations (FDPA) was fashioned in 1971 in opposition to the backdrop of armed battle throughout Southeast Asia, and contains Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
