An investigation is underway after the Historic Nottoway Plantation in Louisiana, the biggest antebellum mansion within the U.S., burned to the bottom on Thursday.
Firefighters battled the blaze for over 18 hours.
The plantation has been the topic of leftist complaints lately for “romanticizing” the antebellum South and never doing sufficient to name consideration to the slavery concerned in its building.
Leftists even took to social media to have a good time the destruction.
The Nottoway plantation, the biggest Antebellum plantation has burnt to the bottom.

Friday morning, greater than 18 hours after flames had been first noticed within the museum wing of the 165-year-old mansion, water was nonetheless being poured onto the collapsed construction.
Hearth officers say the blaze, which began round 2 p.m. Thursday, reignited round 6 p.m. and shortly overtook the roofline, decreasing the enduring white columns and stately facade to rubble.
“This can be a whole loss,” Iberville Parish President Chris Daigle advised the station. “Some workers members said they’d gone into the museum and there was smoke. Once they returned, the entire room was in flames.”
