Govt Order 50 and the actions main as much as and surrounding it are unlawful, null, and void, and any steps to implement it needs to be instantly halted by this Courtroom.

In siding with the Council’s radical anti-enforcement stance, Decide Rosado quickly barred Adams, First Deputy Mayor Randy Mastro, and all metropolis personnel from negotiating or implementing any cope with the federal authorities—successfully handcuffing regulation enforcement.

“Upon the foregoing paperwork, the Courtroom points the next interim order granting a brief restraining order prohibiting Defendants Mayor Eric Adams, First Deputy Mayor Randy Mastro, and the New York Metropolis Division of Correction, and any and all New York Metropolis authorities officers, officers, personnel and companies from taking any steps in direction of negotiating, signing, or implementing any Memoranda of Understanding with the federal authorities relating to federal regulation enforcement presence on Division of Correction property,” Rosado wrote.
