To my great Canadian neighbors:
In mild of the present political scenario, I need to take a second to specific that many people right here within the U.S. didn’t vote for the present president and don’t assist a lot of what he says or does. It’s deeply regarding to see the route issues have taken, and I share within the frustration and disappointment that so many People have chosen this path.
That mentioned, I need to acknowledge and respect Canada as a terrific neighbor and buddy. Please know that many people worth our relationship together with your nation and remorse any hurt brought on by the actions or insurance policies of our management.

People, what has occurred to your as soon as nice nation? You handled my father, an Italian struggle prisoner, with decency and respect. You enabled me to acquire a complicated training (College of Southern California, 1965), which, due to restricted funds, would have been unimaginable on the time in my adopted nation, Canada. (I emigrated from Italy with my dad and mom in 1951, after I was 11.)
I labored in the US as a waiter, then as a technician and an engineer in your protection trade, and as a professor of engineering and arithmetic. You printed my educational work, and after I retired, my spouse and I spent a number of great years in your stunning Florida.
