    The White Home on Tuesday night responded to an e-mail from a senior USAID official ordering remaining staffers to destroy paperwork.

    The doc shredding happened on the Ronald Reagan Constructing Tuesday.

    1000’s of USAID staff had been placed on administrative go away so the constructing is being cleared out.
