    The North Carolina Division of Transportation introduced the reopening of Interstate 40 on Saturday morning.

    I-40 was destroyed by Hurricane Helene 5 months in the past. Flash flooding alongside the Pigeon River broken giant sections of the eastbound lanes close to the Tennessee line…
